What is a pre-order?

It's a way to pre-order our hottest new products/designs before their initial release.

When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-order items will ship on the release date indicated in the item description. If you ordered multiple items within an order containing a pre-order item, your entire order will be held and shipped once the pre-order item arrives in our warehouse. Therefore, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order items.

If you have purchased multiple pre-order items, they will be shipped together on the delayed date indicated.

PLEASE NOTE - On rare occasions, pre-order dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, e.g., customs clearance, public holidays, etc. We thank you for your understanding.
