Simply fill out our contact form or send us an email at info@drich.co with your order number. Once the product is received and verified, we will refund the amount paid! (Refund processing may take up to 5 days, depending on the provider).

The returned product must be intact and sealed.

The shipping of the returned item and its associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

WHAT IF THE ITEMS I RECEIVE ARE DEFECTIVE/WRONG/DAMAGED?
