Simply fill out our contact form or email us at info@drich.co with your order number. Once we receive and verify your product, we will refund your money! (Refunds can take up to 5 days to process, depending on the provider.)

The returned product must be intact and sealed.

The shipping of the item to be returned and the related costs are the responsibility of the customer.
